Closed Reserve

• University student/staff cards are required for borrowing.
• All loans will appear on patron records.
• Two items only may be borrowed at a time (eg one score and one CD).
• Loans in the Library go out for 3 hours.
• Fines apply to late returns WITHIN THE LIBRARY (after 3 hours).
• Overnight loans are due at 9am on the morning of the date due, or 11.00am on Saturdays (during semester).
• Late return of Closed Reserve items will incur fines.
• Staff who need to borrow Closed Reserve items for longer than 3 hours will be accommodated by the library staff at the Closed Reserve Desk.
• Return Closed Reserve (CR) items to CR Box.
• DO NOT RETURN OVERNIGHT LOANS THROUGH THE LIBRARY CHUTES - fines may apply.
