The Sydney Conservatorium of Music’s commitment to providing the finest music education training and training for children, young musicians, adults and teachers has a very long and distinguished tradition, commencing in 1916 when the Conservatorium enrolled its first students.

In 2008 the Conservatorium Open Academy will provide an entertaining, challenging and inspiring series of classes, festivals and events for everyone from young children through to adults who want to participate in making music. All classes are held in the outstanding facilities of the Sydney Conservatorium of Music.
